UPCOMING League Activities The new Montclair Issues Committee - was proposed and approved at Program Planning. It will focus on education, local government, and housing issues as they relate to Montclair. This Comm, headed by Carolyn Lack and Mary Lee Jones, is in the planning stages of setting up a "Meet he New Township Mgr" meeting as well as a possible forum on charter schools and their impact on the Montclair school system. A special effort will be made to invite new residents and other potential members to attend these functions. Please send names of any new neigbors or friends to Shirley Cobert at 973-746-0069 so that she could invite to attend. The success of any of these programs will depend on our Leagues's growth in membership. Any one desiring to get involved please contact either Carolyn or Shirley.
